Qualifications

• Minimum required education and experience: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year in Sales or customer service; or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred area of experience: Telephone sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending events for CRA opportunities and generating business.
• Engage in sales practices to create value for customer and bank; plan and prepare conversations to provide financial guidance.
• Follow service standards, collaborate with teams, and address customer needs promptly while ensuring regulatory compliance.
