• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet customers' banking needs.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Assist with daily sales activity through staff coaching, pre-shift huddles, and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties, schedule work, and manage vault cash.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• All employees must comply with risk management and regulatory requirements.
