Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling to meet banking needs.
• Input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Coach branch staff on prescribed sales activities and monitor sales results.
• Coordinate and perform operational duties including opening/closing, vault cash, and teller transactions as needed.
• Handle additional duties and projects while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
