Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 2 years of job-related experience
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet the banking needs of customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assist with the management of daily sales activity through branch staff coaching of prescribed sales activities, pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties such as scheduling, directing workflow, maintaining supplies, opening/closing the office, managing vault cash, and ensuring policy adherence.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management program and regulatory compliance requirements.
