Job summary

You will coach staff, drive sales objectives in a Tier I branch, and ensure profitable operations while cultivating outside business relationships.

The role requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent in retail or financial services, strong listening and communication skills, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent retail, retail banking, or financial services experience is required.
• Business development and outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds a motivated, high performing branch team through recruitment, training and development.
• Conducts annual reviews, sets goals, and proposes salary recommendations.
• Provides services to customers including opening accounts and taking loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with audit and branch operations policies.
• Represents the bank in the community and leads civic involvement.
• Makes loan decisions and resolves customer complaints within guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
