Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 years of related job experience.
• Strong customer service, communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.
• Sales and referral management experience is a plus.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management and outbound calling.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants using branch technology.
• Manage daily sales activity, coach staff, and monitor sales results.
• Perform operational duties including scheduling, opening/closing, vault cash handling, and teller transactions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and participate in risk management.
