Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise teller operations; delegate duties and assist as teller when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, internal controls, and banking policies; monitor audit outcomes and resolve deficiencies.
• Lead staff development; conduct performance evaluations and salary recommendations; assist in hiring decisions.
• Open and close the branch with appropriate authority and maintain professional branch atmosphere.
