Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Northern California.

You will coach Territory Managers, execute growth plans, and strengthen Kaeser’s share of the compressed air market through design-led selling and strategic account management. The role requires proven leadership in industrial sales, a track record of building new business while expanding existing accounts, and the ability to drive revenue through a proactive sales

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
• 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
• Strong leadership and mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
• Clean driving record and solid computer skills (required).
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop Territory Managers.
• Execute growth plans to increase market share in the SF branch.
• Create sales opportunities by applying compressed air design principles.
• Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent revenue growth.
