Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Portland, OR facility. This salary position leads branch sales, service and administrative staff and drives growth in the Pacific Northwest market.

The candidate will supervise personnel, develop the growth plan, manage P&L, ensure adherence to Kaeser guidelines and assist other departments. 3–5 years of management experience; SAP experience a plus.

We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Portland, OR . We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the Pacific Northwest US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities :

The selected candidate will:

• Supervise all branch; sales , administrative and service personnel.

This is a salary position, with an annual range of $120,000-$150,000, to commensurate with experience.
