Carrier Enterprise, Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead the local team and own the branch P&L. You will work with company leadership to grow sales, hire and develop personnel, and drive operational excellence in receiving, shipping, sourcing, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.

• Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales plan in a local area to reach and exceed business goals.

• Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate your team.
