Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, Naples, FL is seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead the local team, own the branch P&L, grow sales, and deliver exceptional HVAC/R parts and equipment service.

You will hire and develop staff, optimize operations, manage inventory, and coordinate with leadership. Travel for training and meetings may be required; this position offers performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service.
• Prior leadership roles with profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• Experience in leading people in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly grow sales in a retail environment.
• Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships.
• Experience analyzing and using customer, market, and competitor data to make informed decisions and business planning.
