Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch in Verona, WI, overseeing the full post-frame building process from sale through completion.

You will recruit and develop construction crews, drive sales in an established territory, and use Cleary’s DreamMaker design, costing, and presentation software to win projects. • Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
