Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Verona, Wisconsin, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a local office from sale to project completion. You will recruit, hire, and develop construction crews and drive revenue using Cleary’s DreamMaker design tools.

This fast-paced role rewards initiative, leadership, and a hands-on approach. You’ll supervise the construction process, mentor future leaders, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus bonus and incentives.
• Income range of $75,000 to $200,000+ for top performers.
