Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Verona, Wisconsin, seeks a Branch Manager to supervise the branch from sale through project completion. You will recruit and develop crews, drive sales across a defined territory, and use the DreamMaker software to design, price, and present buildings to customers.

The role emphasizes leadership development, operational excellence, and customer experience, with advancement opportunities toward Regional Manager and executive leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience required.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job description

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing "DreamMaker" - Cleary's proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
