Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager in Ohio to lead a busy post-frame building operation from sale to completion. You will recruit and develop crews, manage projects, and drive sales in an established territory using our DreamMaker design software.

In this role, you mentor future leaders through Cleary’s leadership programs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. A strong background in construction and supervisory experience is required, with a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
