Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. seeks a Branch Manager in Indiana to lead a high-performing team from sales through completion of post-frame projects. The role emphasizes operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and people leadership within a nationwide network.

You will mentor future leaders while driving sales growth in an established territory, leveraging Cleary’s green designs and extensive training programs. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from sale to completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line using DreamMaker—Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Engage in a fast-paced, energetic work environment with varied duties
• Mentor future leaders and participate in Cleary’s leadership development programs
• Ensure the customer’s total experience from start to finish

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
