Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. in Cameron, Missouri, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a busy post-frame building operation from sale to completion.

You will recruit and develop construction crews, manage the full building process, and drive sales using Cleary’s DreamMaker design and presentation software. You will mentor future leaders through Cleary’s leadership programs and steer branch performance in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is essential.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from sale to completion.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews.
• Sell diversified product line of buildings using DreamMaker software.
• Monitor the construction process through to completion.
• Take charge of sales in an established territory.

• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
