Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Branch Manager in Minnesota to lead the branch from sale to completion, recruit and develop construction crews, and drive sales using the proprietary DreamMaker 3D design, costing and presentation software.

You will monitor projects through completion, mentor future leaders, and manage operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus plans and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction are essential.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations from sale to construction completion.

Job description

• Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews
• Sell diversified product line of buildings utilizing "DreamMaker" - Cleary's proprietary 3D design, costing, and presentation software
• Monitor the building construction process through to completion
• Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory
• Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment; no two days are alike
