Upgrade Resources is seeking a Selling Branch Manager for the Montgomery, AL area. This on-site, full-time role focuses on leading branch performance, expanding client partnerships, and coaching a recruiting team to deliver top-tier staffing solutions.

The ideal candidate brings proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing, the ability to drive new business and manage key accounts, and a results‑oriented, competitive mindset to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in staffing sales is highly preferred.
• Proven success in new business development and meeting/revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals and drive branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends locally.
