Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Selling Branch Manager in Fredericksburg, VA. This hybrid role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on client development to drive revenue and grow an organized recruiting team.

We value a competitive, goal-driven leader with staffing sales experience who can cultivate client partnerships and lead a small team toward sustained success. Salary is base plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Outside B2B staffing sales experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Proven prospecting and territory management skills.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve performance goals while managing your own personal client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving overall branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
