Upgrade Resources in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead local sales, develop new business, and coach a recruiting team in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will manage client partnerships, expand existing accounts, and drive branch revenue while upholding a high-energy, results-driven culture.

This full-time position offers $70,000 base with uncapped commissions; six-figure earnings are achievable through performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience required.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve performance goals while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving overall branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
