Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business management experience preferred.
• P&L and asset management and experience in sales management preferred.
• Experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service and profit goals.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead teams, and deliver superior customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire branch staff.
• Ensure safety and accident prevention.
• Lead safety discussions and meetings.
• Direct sales/marketing strategies for the branch.
• Oversee branch office functions including phone service and collections.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly projections.
• Evaluate performance and administer actions per policy.
