Upgrade Resources in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead our on-site branch, drive revenue, and build a high-performance sales team. You will develop local sales strategies, expand client base, and coach recruiting staff to deliver top-tier results.

The role requires a proven outside B2B sales background with staffing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios while exceeding revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience required.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits, using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve performance goals while managing your own personal client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on individual and branch sales goals while driving overall branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
