The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager at the Branch by driving key initiatives to boost sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

This role leads a team of Outside Sales Representatives, helps develop sales strategies, and contributes to a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager to lead Outside Sales Representatives.
• Develop strategies to improve sales processes and productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through team leadership and training.
• Lead by example and manage your own book of business.
• Attend to customer concerns and ensure timely reporting.
