Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a capable Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales productivity at the Salem, VA location. You’ll develop Outside Sales Representatives, lead process improvements, and champion customer satisfaction across the team.

The role offers base pay with bonuses/commissions, travel within the territory, and opportunities for growth through our Employee Ownership Program and training initiatives.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience leading a team of sales individuals.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, humility and desire to build an industry-leading sales team.
