Job summary

Adecco Group in Kentucky seeks a Branch Manager to grow and retain client accounts, manage the branch P&L, and lead recruiting teams. You will design and implement business plans, control costs, and maintain high customer satisfaction while developing top talent in the branch.

You will oversee client relationships, escalate issues, negotiate rates, and drive continuous improvement in service levels, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back clients, achieving SLA targets.
• Lead branch P&L and budget; forecast revenue and expenses.
• Coach recruiters; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and notices across the branch.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk assessment, and rate negotiations.
