Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership with 6+ years in progressive management roles, 3+ years in electrical distribution.
• Strong ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L indicators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales growth for Mt Vernon and Carbondale branches and coordinate with adjacent markets.
• Guide branch managers to develop and execute market responses to opportunities.
• Lead data-driven decision making and ensure attainment of financial performance targets.
• Communicate with accounts and internal teams to optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
• Travel as needed to support regional business objectives.
