Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth for the Mt. Vernon and Carbondale, IL branches. You will lead branch sales teams, develop strategic plans, and align efforts with accounts regionally.

You will guide managers, analyze market opportunities, and ensure financial performance targets are met. Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales growth for Echo Electric's Mt. Vernon and Carbondale, IL branches.
• Develop branch sales teams and coordinate with accounts across regions.
• Guide managers through problems and implement win-win solutions aligned with business practices.
• Lead analysis of market opportunities and craft response actions to meet financial goals.
• Educate on P&L and financial indicators; drive inventory decisions with input from management.
