Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Eastlake, OH location. You will oversee branch performance, budgets, customer and supplier relationships, and market development while leading a team to meet sales goals and ensure exceptional service.

The role requires 5+ years in business, sales, or operations management, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel as needed. An incentive plan accompanies the annual salary.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management including strategic planning, resource allocation, sales forecasting and coordinating people and resources.
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and implement plans to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance to align with policies, practices, and culture.
• Oversee preparation of branch budget for Eastlake and monitor performance to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers in the territory.
• Monitor competitive conditions and build market share in industrial and contractor markets.
• Oversee branch inventory status with RF system and daily reconciliations.
• Interact with customers to drive service and achieve sales goals; address complaints and issues.
