Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but may be required.
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads and outbound calling.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using approved branch technology.
• Assist with daily sales activity through staff coaching, pre-shift huddles, and monitoring sales results.
• Coordinate and complete operational duties: scheduling, directing workflow, maintaining supplies, opening/closing, vault cash, and adherence to policies.
• Perform traditional teller transactions as needed.
• Foster risk management in line with the company's risk program.
