Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation's Thomasville branch is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the retail sales team, serve customers, and ensure daily branch operations meet bank standards. The role emphasizes referrals, cross-selling, and effective use of digital banking tools.

You will develop a personal referral network, coach staff, and drive sales activity while maintaining data quality for referrals and customer relationships. Some travel may be required for onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Licensure/Certification: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Assists with daily sales activity through branch staff coaching and pre-shift huddles; monitors sales results.
• Coordinates and completes operational duties: scheduling, directing, monitoring workflow, opening/closing, vault cash, and policy compliance.
• Performs teller transactions as needed.
• Upholds risk management and regulatory compliance.
