Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Branch Sales Team Lead to supervise an Account Representative sales team focused on developing accounts in the branch. You will organize and lead the team to ensure coverage and align with TTI’s customer and market objectives.

You will coach the team, ensure proper qualification and documentation, collaborate on quotations, monitor pricing and profitability, and support sales management to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; business degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of success in Account Representative role preferred.
• Strong sales ethics and ability to meet branch objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of sales individuals aligned in a team concept to support branch objectives (sales, gross profit, active customers).
• Coaches and develops the team using clear communication and motivating techniques.
• Ensures customers are properly qualified and opportunities documented with appropriate TPS/DSAM recommendations.
• Collaborates on quotation opportunities and escalates customer issues to protect the business.
• Analyzes profitability and pricing strategies; leads weekly opportunity reviews with the team.
• Performs accountabilities for specific customer base; works with Field Sales and Product Management to grow sales.
