TTI, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Team Lead to supervise an Account Representative sales team focused on developing accounts in the branch. The Team Lead will organize and lead their team to ensure adequate coverage and to promote TTI's customer and market objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED; Business related bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• One to two years of proven success in an Account Representative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a group of sales individuals aligned in a team concept to support branch objectives (sales, gross profit, active customers, sales ppm and on-time delivery).
• Coaches and develops the team using clear communication and motivational techniques to instill trust.
• Ensures customers are properly qualified and opportunities documented; recommends appropriate resources based on DSAM.
• Leads quotation opportunity reviews weekly to identify best opportunities and ensure proper qualification.
• Analyzes profitability and pricing strategies based on market and customer dynamics.
• Performs accountabilities for Account Representatives across assigned customers via phone, email and fax, coordinating with Field Sales and Product Management.
• Escalates customer issues to protect relationships and company image.
• Maintains high ethical standards and strives to meet defined sales objectives.
