Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Account Representative to sell products and services by phone, email and fax, and to collaborate with Field Sales, Product Management and Sales Management to grow customer penetration.

The role focuses on building relationships, delivering quotes, processing orders accurately, expanding product knowledge, and contributing to a data-driven sales process to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with one to three years of sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education, sales, and/or customer support experience.
• Demonstrates persuasiveness, tenacity and strong selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and services offered by TTI, including product lines, AIM programs, quality, and value-added services.
• Provides price and delivery quotes within customer timeline to customers in assigned territory by coordinating with branch or product managers and manufacturers.
• Processes the customer’s order by entering it into the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules.
• Expands product knowledge by using resources to discuss options and sell TTI strengths.
• Participates in the TTI Total Quality process to maintain efficient sales cycles and high quality.
• Increases customer account base by compiling leads and making cold calls.
• Provides management with information regarding sales, marketing techniques, new products and market strategy.
• Participates in sales calls with Field Sales Representatives to develop relationships with customers and TTI.
• If acting as quality representative, resolves discrepant issues expeditiously.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
