Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, grow key accounts, and drive bottom-line results. You will oversee client relationships, recruitment delivery, and branch operations while ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.

You will manage pay and bill rates, perform financial oversight, and develop business plans aligned with growth targets. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service oriented staff

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans and reviewing client requirements
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communications and business reviews
• Coach and develop recruiters to meet KPIs and SLAs
• Manage branch P&L and control costs within approved budgets
• Forecast branch revenue and expenses and participate in growth planning
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports to review KPI metrics
