W. W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to connect with walk-in customers, drive sales, and support warehouse tasks. You will engage customers with guidance, knowledge, and a positive attitude while performing order entry, product picking, and showroom upkeep.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager, shift focus between customer care and warehouse duties, and contribute to merchandising and inventory processes daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading vehicles.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage loyalty.
• Adapt communication style to email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders and shipping product.
• Prepare backorders and shelve incoming stock.
• Assist merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Conduct inventory counts.
• Navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and adhere to safety guidelines.
