Educate customers and explain features of Consumer and Business Banking solutions.
Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking solutions.
Explain loan eligibility criteria and complete servicing tasks.
Follow sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
Engage in lobby management and greet customers to identify opportunities.
Log interactions and appointments and ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
Process transactions accurately and support daily branch operations.
Maintain internal controls and support audit points and regulatory requirements.
