Job summary

Trustar Bank in the greater Washington DC area seeks an experienced Universal Banker to deliver high quality customer service across new accounts and ongoing banking needs. You will own the customer experience and follow bank policies while building rapport with clients.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, opening accounts, assisting with branch sales and community initiatives, and supporting daily operations in an in-office environment, with occasional evenings and Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years banking experience in teller or new accounts preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to customers and establish rapport.
• Process transactions and balance daily cash according to policy.
• Open new accounts and assist with teller procedures and compliance.
• Support branch sales, community initiatives, and daily operations.
