• Role is focal point for sales, service and referrals to support branch goals.
• Profile for sales opportunities, open accounts, and outbound outreach.
• Identify financial needs and present product options with internal partners.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and schedule appointments.
• Maintain compliance with risk controls, KYC/CIP requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and ensure timely audit responses.
• Prepare for meetings with pre-call planning and follow-up.
