Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, logistics, inventory, access points, and service needs.
• Develop detailed project plans and proposals, including labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and third-party resources.
• Present project plans and pricing proposals to customers and secure project awards.
• Coordinate project preparation activities and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Resolve project challenges and communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead projects from initial planning through final completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Position Summary
