Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage residential household goods moves from booking through completion.
  • Communicate with customers, moving crews, agents, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful relocations.
  • Schedule and track move-related activities, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate move records, documentation, notes, pricing, and authorizations within company systems.
  • Monitor move progress and proactively resolve issues that could impact service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
  • Review move requirements and determine appropriate operational solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the relocation process.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Generate and interpret reports to support operational efficiency.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

What You’ll Do
