Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an Intern for our Branch Operations program. The position is 100% onsite and designed for current Juniors or Seniors pursuing finance or business.

Interns will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and the Republic Way of sales and customer service, with opportunities to participate in branch operations projects. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with the goal of full-time employment after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college junior or senior in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background and credit history, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing (criminal background check) required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and broader Republic Finance activities.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding preparation.
• Attend regional meetings and learn about branch operations processes.
• Participate in process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valued.
