Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a finance or business focus. You will learn daily branch functions, loan processes, and regulatory training while working with mentors and leaders to explore career paths within the company.

The program provides hands-on experience, exposure to regional leadership, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation. Compensation is $15.00 per hour with a path toward employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Ability to meet our acceptable standards for background checks and licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training via accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand career path potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about Branch Operations process improvement related projects.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valued and learn about benefits.
