Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors and seniors pursuing Business, Finance, or related fields. You will learn daily branch functions and gain real-world experience alongside our team.

This program includes hands-on exposure to loan processing, customer service, and process improvement projects, with a path toward full-time opportunities after graduation and an hourly rate of $15.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and complete accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including file prep and audits.
• Learn about branch operations roles and potential promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Work on process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
