Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Junior/Senior college students for a Branch Operations Internship in Missouri. You will learn the day-to-day branch functions, including loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, while gaining exposure to the broader organization and career opportunities.

The internship is 100% onsite and paid $15.00 per hour, with the goal of offering full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet eligibility for insurance licensing (criminal background and credit checks).

Responsibilities

• Learn loan origination processes and regulatory training while working on branch operations.
• Assist in daily loan processing, closings, and funding tasks.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths within Republic Finance.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Explore process-improvement projects and potential corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
