Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5 years of management experience in a similar role.
• Welding equipment and gas knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse individuals professionally.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute company policy and strategy for customer service and branch operations.
• Oversee daily functions and ensure policies are followed.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with direct reports.
• Lead weekly leadership reviews with regional managers.
• Monitor retail sales and accountability for all branches.
• Travel to CK Supply branch locations in IL, MO, and KS.
