Isabella Bank Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Administrator to develop and maintain branch procedures and enhance customer service across the branch network. The role supports staff training to ensure consistent operations and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee teller training materials, guide new managers and tellers, monitor branch metrics, and collaborate with regional managers to standardize processes and deliver bank products efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in branch operations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to coach and train staff; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience analyzing branch data to improve operations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee teller-training materials for teller and branch processes.
• Provide guidance for operational training for new branch managers and teller supervisors.
• Ensure the overall operations of the branches adhere to all operations, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain branch operational procedures for branch software applications.
• Utilizes data to resolve operational problems and identify process improvements.
• Assist branches in customer service operations by orienting and coaching branch leadership.
• Serve as a resource for Regional Managers on branch operation consistency across offices.
• Review branch processes to ensure consistency and identify training needs.
• Identify, update, and review branch metrics for Regional Managers to assist in staffing and consistency.
