The role requires 2–3 years in a branch banking environment, solid knowledge of operations including new accounts and lending, and strong communication and detail-oriented skills to support daily activities and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a branch banking environment.
• Knowledge of branch operations: customer service, new accounts, and lending.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines under interruptions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational tasks are followed and completed daily by branch staff.
• Maintain retention of operating materials and manage audits.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by processing transactions and recommending products.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to fulfill customer needs.
• Execute customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Understand consumer lending processes across daily and weekly activities.
• Communicate internally and externally to ensure safety and soundness.
• Encourage use of technology in daily banking interactions with customers.
