United Rentals is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate and direct the delivery of quality service, maximizing branch productivity. You will work with the Branch Manager to provide supervision to ensure safety, branch metric performance, and Rental Flow efficiency while contributing world-class sales and customer service support.

Responsibilities include supporting financial objectives, coaching staff, managing quotations and contracts, and driving profitability through cost control.

Formación

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales and operational experience.
• 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive branch metrics by monitoring scorecards and coaching staff.
• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts per policies.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling and deposits.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Foster world-class service and operational excellence.
