Job summary

United Rentals is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Omaha, NE. You will support the Branch Manager to drive financial results, service quality, and branch productivity while leading a team to deliver safe, world‑class rental service and operational excellence.

You will coach staff, monitor metrics, handle quotations and contracts, and ensure adherence to policy and safety standards in daily operations and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and operations with leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives and daily targets.
• Monitor metrics, coach staff, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Process quotations, reservations and contracts per policy.
• Ensure safety and operational efficiency with staff training and compliance.
• Open/close duties, cash handling, and other tasks as assigned.
